FAQs

Why did I see a $10 charge on my card?
A temporary $10 hold is put on your card for the vend session. This means you can spend up to $10 each vend session, but you will only be charged for what you spend.

How do I vend multiple gallons?
The machine vends one gallon at a time. Press the water button and when the machine completes the gallon vend you can press the water button again for another gallon. And repeat.
